THE ONE THAT STARTED IT ALL

The secret recipe for English walnut povitica was Grandma’s first gift to us, and the original remains our bestseller to this day. We crush farm-fresh English walnuts and fold in sweet creamery butter, honey and real sugar. Then we roll it by hand in just enough of our delicate pastry dough to bring the filling together into buttery, flaky goodness, just as we’ve done for three generations.

THE DETAILS

Each hand-rolled povitica has a net weight of 2.5 pounds and is certified kosher. Shipped in our signature Strawberry Hill gift box, povitica should be refrigerated upon arrival or can be stored in the freezer for up to three months.

It was so great, just like I remember my Grandma make. She made hers from memory and we could never recreate it the way she used to do it. She was from the "Old Country" so this is so perfect. So Happy I found it!! You will be hearing from me often. Thank you so much!!!
