Three Povitica Mini Pack
I grew up making povitica with my mother and aunts, grinding nuts and stretching and rolling dough on my mother's 4 x 8-foot table. They have all passed and I have not made it in decades, so it was such a delight to find a way to share some old family treats to send to my siblings and other family members. We always made the traditional walnut, sometimes with raisins., but I experimented with other flavors. Walnut is still the favorite, but walnut cranberry and apple cinnamon are also great. The cherry chocolate and poppy seed were both too sweet for my tastes, but everyone who got these were delighted to have a memory for the holidays. Thank you.
