Each hand-rolled povitica has a net weight of 1 pound, serves sixteen, and is certified kosher. Each comes in its own signature Strawberry Hill gift box. Povitica should be refrigerated upon arrival or can be stored in the freezer for up to three months.

Strawberry Hill does an excellent job recreating my great grandma’s potica that she always made for special occasions. It is such a difficult recipe with costly ingredients that it would be a shame to mess up. Since I found Strawberry Hill I have been able to have this treat whenever I want it, with no hassle. The mini size is perfect and it freezes well so we can have it on hand for company or special occasions.
