very nice. you might try to get more of a dry paper-thin surface outside crust with beneath firm support. I remember a baker in Chicago made povitica this way back in the 60's. Getting this, you would have perfect product

RAISIN WALNUT POVITICA
My grandmother made this every Easter and Christmas. She has been gone many many years and I haven't found anything close to hers until I found Strawberry Hill. Theirs is just like my grandma's and brings back many happy memories.
