raisin walnut potica
Love the taste but not the voids in the filling which lowered my rating to 4 stars. This is the second time I've found poorly spread filling on the dough before rolling. This results in portions of the nut roll just not having any filling at all. Instead it's multiple layers of dough side by side which are unappealing and taste raw. It'd be nice if more care was taken in preparation. My mom's potica was never badly rolled. I know you can do better.
