We wouldn’t be Strawberry Hill without the wild strawberries that are our namesake. We puree these sweet berries and fold them into velvety cream cheese with just a touch of real sugar. Then how do we get so much luscious filling rolled into our delicate, paper-thin dough? That remains Grandma’s secret.

Each hand-rolled povitica has a net weight of 2.5 pounds and is certified kosher. Shipped in our signature Strawberry Hill gift box, povitica should be refrigerated upon arrival or can be stored in the freezer for up to three months.
