For some people, nothing beats a piece of carrot cake with cream cheese frosting — until now. Turns out, this traditional dessert is even better when you bake a layer of cream cheese right into the cake, especially since we use delicious local cream cheese. We add Rum soaked golden raisins and top each cake with our signature English walnut crumble — no frosting necessary.

I had seen Amberlynn Reid (an iconic YouTuber) tear into someone for sending this to her PO box and I like many others felt bad because it seemed like so was going after the company so when I had enough money I made an order cause this carrot cream cheese coffee cake looked so delicious. It is VERY tasty, I give it as close to a 5 star as possible (to me a 5 star would be something I'd order again in a heartbeat) but this is kind of messy trying to dump out/cut/and put back (unless there's an easier way...I've never had a coffee cake directly before) After trying this and the English Walnut Pov. (as a BOGO item) I will say that if I ever get some more extra money in the future I will try ordering some more stuff, I know that Strawberry Cream Cheese Pov? looked really good :)
