For some people, nothing beats a piece of carrot cake with cream cheese frosting — until now. Turns out, this traditional dessert is even better when you bake a layer of cream cheese right into the cake, especially since we use delicious local cream cheese. We add Rum soaked golden raisins and top each cake with our signature English walnut crumble — no frosting necessary.

Lack of Flavor
While it ranked very well as a coffee cake, it could have use more carrot flavor. It tasted more like a cinnamon coffee cake.

The cake is wonderful! The issue was the cake container, it was broken and pieces of black plastic were on one side of the cake.
Again, cake was good, the container was not good.
