For some people, nothing beats a piece of carrot cake with cream cheese frosting — until now. Turns out, this traditional dessert is even better when you bake a layer of cream cheese right into the cake, especially since we use delicious local cream cheese. We add Rum soaked golden raisins and top each cake with our signature English walnut crumble — no frosting necessary.

Nice Comfort Food
Carrot Cake is one of my favorites and I love coffee cake so to put the two together was the ultimate treat for me. I warmed it slightly and enjoyed it with my second cup of coffee each morning.
