If you can’t decide between our blueberry cream cheese and our lemon cream povitica, then you don’t have to. Lemon and blueberry make a great combination, so we folded pureed lemons and zest into our classic cream cheese filling, added wild Maine blueberries and enveloped it all in our handmade dough for a pastry that tastes like summer.

THE DETAILS

Each hand-rolled povitica has a net weight of 2.5 pounds and is certified kosher. Shipped in our signature Strawberry Hill gift box, povitica should be refrigerated upon arrival or can be stored in the freezer for up to three months.

This was my favorite, and I can't wait to try the others. Not sure about the texture at first, the outer shell the outside of the loaf fell right off when cutting it, so not sure if that was normal or a sign that it was a bit dry. Didn't taste dry, warmed it up in the microwave and done!

Love this Povitika…moist, loaded with blueberries, smooth, lemony cream cheese flavor. Lightly toasted with a little butter. Such a great way to start the day. Have ordered several times since receiving one as a gift and never disappointed! Thanks for such a treat!
