I have ordered these multiple times and gave them as gifts to friends. Everyone loves them. My most recent order was one for our home and one for a friend. The one sent to my friend was perfect - he called me in the morning and said it had been delivered and he was having some right away. Unfortunately, I don't get my mail until 5 -6 pm. Mine came late that day and I found that my cake was very dry. I refrigerated it and have been eating it, but it is still dry - after I cut a slice, I have a very hard time getting it out of the container. The next time, I'll have to request delivery by something other than USPS!
