For some people, nothing beats a piece of carrot cake with cream cheese frosting — until now. Turns out, this traditional dessert is even better when you bake a layer of cream cheese right into the cake, especially since we use delicious local cream cheese. We add Rum soaked golden raisins and top each cake with our signature English walnut crumble — no frosting necessary.

CARROT CREAM CHEESE COFFEE CAKE
This is by far, the BEST coffee cake I have ever had. It is absolutely delicious. I am eating my second one and have another in the freezer. I will be ordering more when necessary. The cheesecake part is wonderful, topped by a moist carrot cake. The final topping is a brown sugar, raison and walnut strusel which is superb !! On a scale of 1 to 10, I give it a 10 for sure !! You can serve this as a dessert after a fancy dinner or have it with coffee at breakfast. You will be delighted with this cake.
