For some people, nothing beats a piece of carrot cake with cream cheese frosting — until now. Turns out, this traditional dessert is even better when you bake a layer of cream cheese right into the cake, especially since we use delicious local cream cheese. We add Rum soaked golden raisins and top each cake with our signature English walnut crumble — no frosting necessary.

Outstanding, very delicious very moist lots of raisins and carrots. I bought one for my neighbor. She ate it in two days. I would highly recommend this. The only thing I found it’s hard to cut and put in the freezer for individual slices, but I would buy it again.
