For some people, nothing beats a piece of carrot cake with cream cheese frosting — until now. Turns out, this traditional dessert is even better when you bake a layer of cream cheese right into the cake, especially since we use delicious local cream cheese. We add Rum soaked golden raisins and top each cake with our signature English walnut crumble — no frosting necessary.

Hi! First to say, I love Strawberry Hill products, especially the English walnut povitica! It’s the best!! I must say though, that the Carrot Cream cheese coffee cake wasn’t my favorite. It seemed to crumble apart and was missing something, though I don’t know what. It tastes good, but was not as moist as I thought it would be. My preference I guess. I love most of your products , but this one, I don’t think I’ll purchase again. Thank you for making such wonderful products.
