For some people, nothing beats a piece of carrot cake with cream cheese frosting — until now. Turns out, this traditional dessert is even better when you bake a layer of cream cheese right into the cake, especially since we use delicious local cream cheese. We add Rum soaked golden raisins and top each cake with our signature English walnut crumble — no frosting necessary.

Each hand-layered coffee cake has a net weight of 36 ounces and is certified kosher. Shipped in our signature Strawberry Hill gift box, coffee cake should be refrigerated upon arrival or can be stored in the freezer for up to three months.

OH, YEAH! Who doesn't like carrots this way?
My late husband liked carrot cake so I thought we could remember him that way as EASTER DESSERT. I bought 2 because there usually are extra guests. One guest only wanted to take 6 fat slices as his take-home, foregoing leg of lamb and other delicacies!
